Dear Neighbor:

It’s time again for our Annual Meeting and Potluck – February 7th, with the potluck

starting at 6PM and the meeting at 7PM at Heath Hall. Those whose last names begin

with A-L, please bring a salad or desert, and those whose last names begin with M-Z,

please bring a main dish. Please bring a place setting. Coffee and soft drinks will be

provided. Come for the potluck to enjoy some social time with your neighbors!

The Annual Meeting tentative agenda follows:

  • Minutes from 2010 Annual Meeting

  • 2010 Financial Statement

  • Discussion of survey with more information on repairing the Community Hall and constructing a new Fire Hall

  • Chief’s Report

  • Recognition of 23 years of service of Vern Petersen

  • Open mike (an opportunity for anyone to express an opinion – limited to 2 minutes each)

  • Adjournment
