• • 84 surveys were returned of a possible 134, or 63% -- Thank you very much!

  • 36 wanted the yearly assessment to continue

  • 46 wanted a tax levy

  • 36 wanted to fix the Community Hall

  • 38 wanted to build a new Fire Hall

There were quite a few letters with thoughtful suggestions and many with a wide variety of

questions. The Board decided to produce several Newsletters to address these questions. This

one will clarify the creation and brief history of Heath Rural Fire District. Future issues will cover:

The repair that’s needed

Cost estimates

These are not the only possibilities, so if you have a topic that you would like addressed, please
