Online Payment Information

For those willing to pay online HRFD is using the online service Stripe for payment processing. You can read about Stripe's security and use the payment links below to pay for Annual Assessment or, for those who are not currently members, pay for the initial membership fee and the annual assessment.

Note that both options include the ability to add an additional donation to your payment. The minimum donation amount is $0 and the maximum is $990. If you would prefer to not donate anything additional, simply change the quantity to "0" before you check out.

CURRENT MEMBERS

At the annual meeting of membership, the board approves an annual special assessment amount to fund the operation of the District. For 2022 the amount per member being assessed is $75. For those wishing to pay online, there is an additional $3 charge being added to cover the cost of online payment, for a total of $78. Use the button below to access the payment interface.

PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN THE DISTRICT WHO NEED TO ESTABLISH A NEW MEMBERSHIP

Any one who owns property within the HRFD is encouraged to become a member. Membership stays with the property so if you sell your parcel(s), the membership transfers to the new owner. If you received a letter stating that your property is not currently under a paid membership, then we have done our best to research any prior owner(s) that may have already paid the membership and found none. The full cost of membership is $749, with $500 going to a permanent endowment with Central Montana Foundation, the annual earnings from which help fund the district. For those wishing to pay online, there is an additional $25 service fee to cover the cost of online payment, for a total of $774.
